Davis has worked as a business consultant for the University of Wisconsin-Madison Small Business Development center for 16 years and manages their Entrepreneurial Training Grant program funded by the Wisconsin Department of Commerce and managed by the Wisconsin Entrepreneurs' Network (WEN).
